Un operativo policial en la colonia Mixcoatl, alcaldía Iztapalapa, terminó con un presunto delincuente abatido, dos detenidos y un agente lesionado, luego de un enfrentamiento armado entre policías y sujetos vinculados a fraudes por internet.
La Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de México (SSC-CDMX) informó que el operativo se realizó la tarde del lunes 12 de mayo sobre la calle Tláloc, donde elementos de la corporación realizaban recorridos y entrevistas con vecinos, tras identificar un punto presuntamente utilizado por una banda que contactaba a ciudadanos por redes sociales con falsas ofertas de vehículos a bajo costo.
De acuerdo con la dependencia, el grupo criminal citaba a las víctimas en ese lugar con la intención de despojarlas de su dinero y pertenencias.
Al notar la presencia de los uniformados, los agresores abrieron fuego, lo que desató un intercambio de disparos en plena vía pública.
Un muerto, heridos y detenidos tras operativo en Iztapalapa
Durante el tiroteo, uno de los presuntos agresores perdió la vida en el sitio. Otro fue herido de bala en el abdomen y quedó bajo custodia policial en un hospital.
Un tercer sujeto, de 24 años, fue capturado y se le aseguraron tres armas de fuego cortas y un vehículo negro con placas del Estado de México, presuntamente relacionado con los fraudes.
Por parte de la policía capitalina, un agente de 34 años resultó herido con una laceración en el costado izquierdo del abdomen y fue trasladado a un hospital para su atención médica.
Dicha intervención se realizó tras identificar un modus operandi que involucra el uso de plataformas digitales para cometer fraudes. Al estar en riesgo la vida de los oficiales y de terceros, se repelió la agresión, de acuerdo con la SSC-CDMX.
Los detenidos quedaron a disposición del Ministerio Público, quien determinará su situación jurídica. Al mismo tiempo, los agentes involucrados fueron llamados a rendir su declaración.
Por su parte, la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (FGJ-CDMX) ya inició la carpeta de investigación correspondiente, mientras la Dirección General de Asuntos Internos de la SSC tomó conocimiento de los hechos para integrar las indagatorias y colaborar con la fiscalía en el desarrollo del caso.
