Vecinos del fraccionamiento Condado de Sayavedra convocaron a una junta para acordar medidas para destituir al actual líder de colonos, Jorge Aubry.
A la reunión asistieron cerca de 180 colonos que coincidieron en su inconformidad con dicha mesa directiva, argumentando desorden urbano, carencia de seguridad, falta de rendición de cuentas, y daño ecológico al permitir derribo de árboles, cañadas y ríos.
Entre las medidas anunciadas está la petición de una asamblea general en la que se incluya en la orden del día, la destitución de los miembros de la actual asociación.
“La actual mesa ha permanecido muchísimo tiempo, creo que eso no es sano para nadie, supuestamente la gestión es de dos años, Jorge Aubry está por cumplir cinco años () aquí de repente nos enteramos que hicieron una asamblea, y ¡Pum! Ya se reeligió”, refirió Norma Fajardo, una de las organizadoras.
En tanto, Alex Cárdenas indicó que de negarse a otorgar la asamblea, el caso se enviará a un juez para que proceda judicialmente. Además, dijo, se pedirá una fiscalización y auditoría a la asociación.
“En este caso, si no la otorgaran de buena fe, iríamos a instancias judiciales. Para llegar a un juez y pedirle que judicialmente nos otorgue la asamblea, tenemos que agotar los recursos”, apuntó.
A decir de vecinos no es la primera vez que se solicita una asamblea para pedir cuentas a la asociación.
La junta realizada en la calle de Sheffield duró más de tres horas y media, ahí 12 personas alzaron la mano indicando que han sufrido robos en sus viviendas y pidieron buscar medidas de seguridad.
