La Fiscalía General del Estado de Tabasco, en coordinación con fuerzas federales y municipales, logró la detención de dos personas vinculadas al asalto registrado el 18 de agosto de 2025 en una plataforma de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) ubicada en la Sonda de Campeche.
Los implicados, identificados como Juan Luis “N” y Johnny de Jesús “N”, fueron capturados tras una persecución en las inmediaciones de la Laguna Mecoacán, en el municipio de Paraíso.
¿Cómo fue la captura de los dos presuntos asaltantes de plataforma de Pemex?
En el operativo participaron elementos de la Dirección de la Policía de Investigación de Tabasco, la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana (SSPC), la Policía Municipal de Comalcalco, así como las Secretarías de la Defensa Nacional, Marina y la Guardia Nacional.
Tras identificar a los presuntos responsables, estos intentaron huir en una embarcación tipo lancha, lo que derivó en una persecución que culminó con su captura.
Durante la detención, se aseguraron 30 equipos de respiración autónoma robados, una embarcación pequeña y un teléfono celular.

Los detenidos fueron señalados por los delitos de robo, encubrimiento por receptación y otros que resulten durante la investigación.
La Fiscalía de Tabasco destacó que la detención se realizó “con estricto apego a la legalidad y respetando sus derechos humanos”.
Además, reiteró su compromiso de coordinar con instituciones estatales y federales para fortalecer las condiciones de seguridad y justicia en la región.
