El secretario de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana, Omar García Harfuch, anunció la detención de María del Rosario ‘N’, presunta operadora del grupo delictivo del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) y quien además era buscada por el FBI.
Desde sus redes sociales, García Harfuch explicó autoridades de Estados Unidos buscaban a esta mujer por los delitos de tráfico de armas, drogas y personas, lavado de dinero, así como distribución de metanfetamina y fentanilo.
¿Cómo fue la detención de María del Rosario?
La Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana (SSPC) precisó que María del Rosario se resguardaba en un domicilio en la colonia El Llano, en el municipio de Magdalena, en Jalisco.
A partir de vigilancias físicas y móviles en calle Guásima, las autoridades recopilaron datos de prueba que entregaron a un juez de control, quien entregó la orden de cateo para poder intervenir en el inmueble.
Con la orden de cateo se desplegó un operativo coordinado en el que participaron elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana (SSPC), Secretaría de Marina (Semar) y Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), junto con Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Defensa) y Guardia Nacional.
En el predio fue detenida María del Rosario ‘N’, junto con otro hombre, además se aseguraron dos armas de fuego, dosis de droga, así como equipos de telecomunicación.
La operadora del CJNG es requerida por la Corte Federal del Distrito Occidental de Texas, con cargos relacionados al tráfico de armas, estupefacientes y personas.
Los detenidos fueron puestos a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público correspondiente, quien determinará su situación legal, en tanto el inmueble quedó sellado y bajo resguardo policial.
