Capturan a sospechoso de feminicidio en la #Zapata #Atizapán
* El pasado 24 de diciembre el detenido habría detonado un arma de fuego en contra de la víctima que caminaba en la vía pública en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
En acción conjunta, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana federal (SSPC), a través de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO) y agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), detuvieron, en cumplimiento de orden de aprehensión a Pedro “N” de 51 años, investigado por su probable intervención en el delito de feminicidio.
Pedro “N” es investigado por hechos registrados el 24 de diciembre pasado en la calle Narciso Mendoza, colonia Ampliación #EmilianoZapata, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde interceptó a la víctima, quien se encontraba en compañía de sus dos hijos menores de edad. El posible implicado portaba un arma de fuego la cual habría detonado en contra de esta mujer, ocasionándole la muerte, para luego huir del lugar de los hechos.
Tras tomar conocimiento de este ilícito, el Agente del Ministerio Público inició la indagatoria correspondiente y Policías de Investigación (PDI) llevaron a cabo actos de investigación de gabinete y campo que permitieron identificar al posible agresor.
Con los datos recabados, el Ministerio Público solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión contra este sujeto, mandamiento judicial que fue otorgado y cumplimentado por elementos de la Fiscalía estatal y de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana del Gobierno de México, a través de la CONAHO.
El detenido fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla a disposición del Órgano Jurisdiccional, quien determinará su situación legal, no obstante, al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
