La entidad gobernada por Javier Duarte, está a la cabeza en lo que respecta a Estados deudores
Las entidades federativas han incrementaron en 26 mil 579 millones de pesos su deuda pública en un año, para cerrar con un total de 536 mil 269 millones de pesos en 2015, siendo la Ciudad de México la más endeudada con 71 mil 83 millones de pesos, de acuerdo con la última actualización registrada en la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP).
Veracruz, Coahuila, Sonora y Nuevo León son otras de las entidades que a lo largo de 2015 tomaron más deuda, con la justificación de desarrollar más obra pública en sus territorios, condenó el indiscriminado abuso el diputado del PAN, Jorge López Martín. El vicecoordinador de Difusión y Mensaje del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN detalló que a la cabeza de las entidades que tomaron más deuda en 2015 está Veracruz, gobernada por el priista Javier Duarte de Ochoa, que a lo largo del año, incluyendo al Gobierno estatal y a los municipios, pidió cuatro mil 524 millones de pesos.
Con ese incremento, “Veracruz es ya la tercera entidad con la mayor deuda local, pues sus pasivos suman 45 mil 879 millones de pesos”, fustigó el López Martín. La capital del país, cuyo gobierno encabeza Miguel Ángel Mancera Espinoza, tomó cuatro mil 202 millones de pesos más el año pasado y, con ello, se consolidó como la entidad más endeudada de México, pues ya debe 71 mil 83 millones de pesos.
Los últimos datos de la deuda estatal y municipal de Hacienda ponen los casos de Veracruz, Sonora, Nuevo León y Ciudad de México, como altamente preocupantes al comprometer sus participaciones federales anuales. El legislador panista consideró urgente poner un alto al endeudamiento de los estados y poner orden en las finanzas públicas.
En el caso de Coahuila, Sonora y Nuevo León a lo largo de 2015 adquirieron más deuda con la justificación de desarrollar más obra pública en sus territorios, comentó el diputado por Aguascalientes. Particularmente, el estado de Nuevo León, gobernada por Jaime Rodríguez, indicó que la deuda local ya suma 63 mil 879 millones de pesos, de los cuales 2 mil 652 millones fueron pasivos adquiridos el año pasado, bajo la administración del ex gobernador Rodrigo Medina, según el detalle de la Secretaría de Hacienda.
“Es importante que la mayoría de los congresos locales busquen poner orden en las finanzas públicas, por el bien del país y de sus ciudadanos”, exigió López Martín.
Sobre el endeudamiento estatal de Tlaxcala, hasta el cierre de 2014 no tenía registrada deuda de largo plazo en Hacienda, y al cierre del año pasado ya adeudaba 33 millones, comentó. “No todos los estados se lanzaron por más deuda en 2015, pues 14 entidades consiguieron reducir en un año sus obligaciones financieras”, refirió sobre Chiapas, gobernada por Manuel Velasco, el cual redujo su deuda mil 307 millones de pesos, mientras que Guanajuato, que gobierna Miguel Márquez, eliminó 930 millones de pesos de deuda de sus finanzas públicas. Jalisco, Morelos y Guerrero fueron otras entidades que consiguieron reducciones importantes en sus pasivos; San Luis Potosí, Campeche y Tabasco también bajaron su deuda, aunque en una menor proporción.
