CELESTINO «N» ABUSÓ SEXUALMENTE DE UNA MENOR DE EDAD EN ECATEPEC HACE TRES AÑOS; YA FUE DETENIDO EN VERACRUZ

· Los hechos ocurrieron en junio de 2022, en un domicilio ubicado en el municipio de Ecatepec.

En acción conjunta, la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) y la Fiscalía General del Estado de Veracruz, detuvieron en esa entidad federativa a Celestino “N”, señalado por su probable intervención en el hecho delictivo de violación en agravio de una adolescente en el municipio mexiquense de Ecatepec.

Indagatorias de la Fiscalía Edoméx precisaron que el detenido al parecer se encontraba oculto en el estado de Veracruz, por lo que solicitó la colaboración de su homóloga de esa entidad para incursionar en su territorio y aprehender a este individuo.

Celestino “N”, fue capturado en el tramo carretero Viborillas-Huayacocotla, en el municipio de Huayacocotla del estado de Veracruz, por lo que fue trasladado al Estado de México para ser ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Ecatepec.

Los hechos por los cuales es investigado se registraron el 7 de junio de 2022 en el interior de un inmueble ubicado en la colonia Jardines de Morelos, donde el ahora detenido habría sometido y agredido sexualmente a la víctima, además de que presumiblemente la amenazó para que no contara lo ocurrido a nadie.

Una vez que los hechos fueron denunciados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, el Representante Social inició la investigación con la cual se allegó de datos y solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión en su contra; mandamiento judicial que fue otorgado y cumplimentado.
