El exalcalde panista Gonzalo Alarcón Barcena afirmó que está “exonerado de cualquier delito”, luego de que se giraron órdenes de aprehensión en su contra por delito de peculado y ejercicio indebido de la administración pública.
Desde el 2010, Alarcón Bárcena, quien gobernó Atizapán de Zaragoza del 2006 al 2009 junto con el exsecretario del Ayuntamiento, Wilfrido Torres González, y el extesorero Alberto Torres Almeida, enfrentaron órdenes de aprehensión que giró en su contra la Unidad Especializada en Investigación de Delitos Cometidos por Servidores Públicos y Contra la Administración de Justicia de la entonces PGR, con el expediente AP/PGR/UEIDCSPCAJ/FECCSPF/II/154/2010.
Esto, por presuntamente invertir más de 50 millones de pesos de recursos públicos, de aportaciones federales en la Casa de Bolsa, concretamente en el Grupo Financiero Interacciones, lo que fue considerado por la Auditoría Superior de la Federación como un desvío de recursos públicos.
“Fueron ocho años de proceso en los que se giraron órdenes de aprehensión en mi contra, pero siempre di la cara”, apuntó el panista, quien indicó que finalmente después de este proceso “se demostró que la justicia en este país funciona y estoy exonerado de cualquier delito”.
Esos 50 millones de pesos de recursos públicos que presuntamente se habrían perdido en la Bolsa de Valores, “en los meses siguientes a mi administración esos recursos generaron recursos” para el municipio, aseguró Alarcón, al tiempo que mostró copias de oficios de tribunales federales en materia penal de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México, donde se le exonera del ejercicio de la acción penal por el expediente AP/PGR/UEIDCSPCAJ/FECCSPF/II/154/2010.
“Vengo con la cara limpia”, dijo el funcionario, señalando que reactivará su trabajo en el partido, pues dijo: “nunca fui expulsado del PAN”.
