• Los hechos ocurrieron el 16 de abril de 2019 en un inmueble del Fraccionamiento del Condado de Sayavedra.
En una audiencia virtual, el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidio de Valle de Toluca, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia (FGJEM), consiguió una sentencia condenatoria de 61 años de prisión para Marco Antonio Bautista Curiel y Alexis Candelario Lara, tras acreditar su participación en el homicidio de un militar retirado en su domicilio en el Fraccionamiento Condado de Sayavedra, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, en abril del año pasado.
Con los datos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Representante Social, un Juez del Distrito Judicial de Tlalnepantla dictó esta condena para ambos sujetos por el delito de robo con la agravante de causar la muerte, además les fijó multas de 272 mil 106 pesos y 224 mil 896 pesos como reparación del daño material y deberán pagar 100 mil pesos más que hurtaron del domicilio.
Estos sujetos fueron encontrados culpables por el asalto y asesinato de un militar retirado, cuyo cuerpo fue localizado al interior de un inmueble ubicado en el Fraccionamiento Condado de Sayavedra, el pasado 16 de abril.
De acuerdo con la indagatoria iniciada por este ilícito se pudo establecer que los ahora sentenciados conocían a la víctima e incluso en algún momento uno de ellos trabajó con él, por lo que tenía conocimiento de algunas de sus actividades diarias y las pertenencias que tenía en ese domicilio. Con esta información el día de los hechos ambos sentenciados arribaron al sitio con la víctima, a quien sometieron para sustraer diversos objetos de valor, así como un vehículo compacto.
Una vez que esta Institución tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, personal de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidios se trasladó al inmueble para hacer las diligencias necesarias y fue iniciada la carpeta de investigación respectiva.
Con el avance en las indagatorias se pudo identificar a los probables partícipes de este homicidio, por lo que el Agente del Ministerio Público solicitó a un Juez librar una orden de aprehensión en contra de estos dos individuos, la cual fue otorgada y cumplimentada en abril de 2019.
Cabe mencionar que debido a la contingencia por el COVID-19, esta audiencia se celebró de manera virtual y estuvieron presentes la Autoridad Judicial, los imputados, su defensa y esta Representación Social.
