Condenado a 45 años de prisión por robar y privar de la vida a un cajero de una tienda oxxo en #Tultitlán
· El 17 de mayo de 2023, el sentenciado y dos sujetos más, ingresaron a una tienda Oxxo, hurtaron dinero y mercancía, además realizaron disparos con arma de fuego, ocasionando la muerte de un hombre.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) aportó pruebas contra Gael Aldana Gordoa, por el delito de robo con la agravante de causar la muerte de una persona, ilícito que cometió al interior de una tienda de conveniencia en el municipio de Tultitlán, por lo que fue sentenciado a 45 años de prisión.
Las indagatorias de la Fiscalía Edoméx precisaron que el 17 de mayo del año pasado, la víctima se encontraba al interior de una tienda Oxxo, ubicada en la avenida San Antonio, colonia La Concepción, de esta demarcación, lugar al que ingresó el hoy sentenciado y dos individuos más, quienes de acercaron al área de cajas y amenazaron a dos empleadas para robar dinero y mercancía.
Durante el robo, uno de los implicados detonó un arma de fuego, ocasionando la muerte de la víctima, además resultó lesionada una mujer, por lo que fue trasladada a un hospital para recibir atención médica.
La FGJEM inició una indagatoria por el hecho delictivo de robo con la agravante de causar la muerte y resultado de las investigaciones realizadas por personal de esta Institución relacionadas con este ilícito, fue posible identificar y detener a Gael Aldana Gordoa.
Este individuo quedó a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, quien luego de revisar las pruebas recabadas y aportadas por esta Representación Social y tras proceso legal, le dictó esta sentencia de condena.
Además de la pena privativa de libertad, este individuo debe pagar multa de 39 mil 362 pesos y la cantidad de 227 mil 190 pesos como reparación del daño moral, en tanto que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
