El narcotraficante Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo, mejor conocido como “Don Neto”, pasará los 9 años que le restan de su sentencia en una casa de Atizapán de Zaragoza, a la que será trasladado la próxima semana.
Pese a que la defensa del delincuente aseguró que anoche venció el plazo para el traslado, la Secretaría de Gobernación solicitó una prórroga para garantizar las medidas de seguridad en los siguientes días.
Cabe recordar que la prisión preventiva fue concedida a Fonseca Carrillo el pasado 16 de enero de 2015 por el Primer Tribunal Colegiado de Guadalajara, decidiéndose que sería en un fraccionamiento restringido de Atizapán el pasado 2 de junio.
Hasta hace unos meses, el narcotraficante de 86 años de edad estaba preso en el Penal Estatal de El Salto, en Jalisco, no obstante, saldrá por enfermedades cardiovasculares, oculares y una disminución de la masa encefálica con posibilidad de Síndrome de Demencia Senil y cáncer.
Don Neto fue condenado a 40 años de prisión por el secuestro y homicidio del agente de la DEA Enrique Camarena Salazar y el piloto mexicano Alfredo Zavala Avelar.
