Trabajos de inteligencia en gabinete y campo, permitieron a elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detener a tres hombres por su posible responsabilidad en delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo.
Personal adscrito a la Unidad de Inteligencia e Investigación para la Prevención (UIIP) de la SS, llevaba a cabo labores inherentes a la detección de puntos de incidencia delictiva en la zona del Valle de México; tras las acciones de investigación, identificaron a un grupo aparentemente relacionado con la distribución de sustancias ilícitas, por lo que acudieron a un punto en el que al parecer se movilizaban.
Los efectivos implementaron un operativo sobre la calle Ahuehuetes, esquina con la calle Caoba, en la colonia Las Peñitas, en este municipio, donde localizaron a los sospechosos identificados como Rudi “N”, Carlos “N” y Jesús “N” de 31, 35 y 22 años de edad, respectivamente, a quienes solicitaron una revisión apegada al protocolo de actuación.
Al concluir, los oficiales decomisaron aproximadamente tres kilogramos de una hierba similar a la marihuana, alrededor de dos kilos 400 gramos de una sustancia parecida a la droga conocida como cristal, así como diversas dosis de posible cocaína en piedra, cartuchos útiles calibres 38 y 22 milímetros, así como una báscula gramera y dinero en efectivo.
En el lugar, también aseguraron un vehículo compacto tipo Chevrolet, modelo 2016, y una motocicleta Italika, Will Scooter, de color azul, modelo 2013. Después de notificar el constitutivo del delito y los derechos que confiere la ley, los detenidos fueron remitidos junto con lo decomisado ante la Agencia del Ministerio Público correspondiente, para definir su situación legal.
