Fue detenida por elementos de la Policía Federal y de la Fiscalía Especializada de Trata de Personas de la FGJEM, en el estado de Morelos.
Una mujer identificada como Martha Nayeli “N”, fue vinculada a proceso luego de que el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su probable participación en el delito de trata de personas ya que al parecer obligó a su hija de 10 años de edad, a realizarle un baile erótico a cambio de dinero.
La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla determinó iniciar un proceso legal en contra de esta mujer por el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de explotación a través de las exhibiciones privadas de orden sexual remunerada y estableció un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigación.
La detenida al parecer obligó a la víctima de 10 años de edad a realizar un baile erótico a dos hombres, en un inmueble de la colonia San José del Jaral, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, el pasado 10 de febrero.
Ambos hombres además habrían realizado tocamientos a la menor y luego le entregaron una suma económica a la detenida.
Esta mujer al parecer amenazó a la víctima para que no contara lo ocurrido, no obstante, en el mes de abril, la menor narró los hechos a sus familiares, por lo que acudieron ante el Ministerio Público, quien inició la carpeta de investigación respectiva.
Cabe mencionar que Martha Nayeli “N” fue detenida por elementos de la Policía Federal y de la Fiscalía Especializada de Trata de Personas de la FGJEM, en el estado de Morelos, en cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensión por este ilícito.
Tras ser aprehendida fue trasladada a territorio mexiquense en donde fue ingresada al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde un Juez inició un proceso legal, sin embargo, se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
