El implicado ya fue detenido por policías municipales y trasladado al Ministerio Público, donde se establecerá su situación jurídica
Policías de investigación detuvieron a un sujeto, luego de que intercepto a una mujer cuando bajaba de un puente vehicular, a quien a punta de cuchillo llevó a una zona boscosa, donde no conformar con haberle robado todas sus pertenencias, la violó.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México, (FGJEM) informó que la captura de este sujeto, identificado como Jonathan Misael “N” se dio en cumplimiento con orden de aprehensión por su probable participación en los delitos de violación y robo con violencia, en agravio de dicha mujer, de 23 años de edad.
La víctima denunció los delitos ante la Fiscalía, por lo que fue iniciada indagatoria por violación y robo con violencia. Con el avance en la indagatoria fue posible identificar al probable agresor, por ello el Ministerio Público solicitó al Órgano Jurisdiccional librar orden de aprehensión en contra de Jonathan Misael “N”.
Los hechos por los cuales es investigado este sujeto se registraron el pasado 7 de agosto cuando la víctima descendió de una unidad de transporte público en la avenida Bosques Esmeralda, colonia Bosque Esmeralda, Ciudad Adolfo López Mateos y al bajar por un puente peatonal, fue interceptada por el ahora detenido, quien la habría sometido y llevado a una zona boscosa.
Luego, dicho sujeto al parecer despojó de sus pertenencias a la víctima, la habría golpeado y atado de las manos, para luego agredirla sexualmente. Finalmente, este individuo huyó del lugar, llevando consigo las pertenencias de la joven.
Agentes de la Policía de Investigación (PDI) detuvieron a este individuo en cumplimiento a este mandamiento judicial, por lo que fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social Lic. Juan Fernández Albarrán, en Tlalnepantla, donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, quien determinará su situación legal.
Sin embargo, la FGJEM informó que el ahora detenido debe ser considerado inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
