Al encontrarse realizando sus recorridos de vigilancia por inmediaciones de la colonia Emiliano Zapata, Elementos del Sector XII de la policía de Municipal, atendieron un llamado de emergencia realizado al Centro de Monitoreo C4 donde se reportaba una alteración al orden en la cerrada Jorge Jiménez Cantú en la mencionada colonia.
De forma inmediata los Uniformados arribaron al punto donde encontraron a varias personas reunidas, una de las cuales señalaba a un hombre que despedía un fuerte olor a alcohol el cual indicaron las personas portaba entre sus pertenencias un arma de fuego por lo que tras hacerle de su conocimiento sus derechos, procedieron a realizarle una revisión a su persona.
Esta persona quien dijo llamarse Ismael “N” de 19 años de edad accedió a entregar una pistola con cachas de madera y un cargador con cartuchos útiles indicando que no contaba con permiso de portación de arma de fuego motivo por el cual es trasladado al Ministerio Público iniciándose una carpeta d investigación por el Presunto Delito de Portación, Tráfico y Acopio de Arma Prohibida y así aclarar su situación jurídica.
