Daniela Miruvska Ruiz, exganadora del certamen Señorita Estado de México 2016 y exfuncionaria municipal de Atizapán, fue arrestada en la Ciudad de México por su presunta participación en los delitos de despojo y robo.
Agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) realizaron la detención en Eje 1 Norte, alcaldía Venustiano Carranza, y posteriormente la trasladaron al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, donde un juez definirá su situación jurídica.
Este arresto deriva de una investigación iniciada por hechos registrados en noviembre de 2022 en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, de acuerdo con la FGJEM el 15 de abril, a través de un comunicado.
La dependencia también difundió un video del momento en que la exreina de belleza fue asegurada.
De acuerdo con reportes de medios locales y del periodista Carlos Jiménez, la mujer se desempeñó como titular del Instituto de la Mujer en el gobierno municipal de Atizapán.
Cae Daniela Miruvska por conflicto legal de propiedad
El caso se remonta a noviembre de 2022, cuando Daniela Miruvska y otra persona impidieron a empleados de una mujer realizar arreglos en un domicilio ubicado en la calle Faisán, colonia Fuentes de Satélite, Atizapán.
De acuerdo con las autoridades, Miruvska había cedido a la afectada el usufructo vitalicio del inmueble, pero posteriormente afirmó que ella seguía siendo la propietaria.
El 17 de noviembre de ese año, la acusada llegó a la vivienda acompañada por una persona, un cerrajero y elementos de la Policía Municipal.
Durante esa intervención, habrían retirado del lugar a dos personas y negado el acceso a la beneficiaria del usufructo.
Además, se reportó que en una diligencia posterior se detectó la ausencia de diversos objetos de valor.
Entre los bienes reportados como robados figuran equipos de spa, 250 mil pesos en efectivo, ropa, zapatos, computadoras, joyería y documentos personales.
