Al continuar con los procesos de cooperación e investigación con el Sistema de Plataforma México, la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito que encabeza el Comisario Eduardo González Castillo, logró la detención e identificación de una persona de 38 años de edad, quien cuenta con una orden de aprehensión por el delito de Homicidio Culposo, en el estado de Nayarit.
Ricardo Humberto Hernández Presa, fue detenido por elementos policiacos del Sector XII de Atizapán, luego de que una mujer informó que la había despojado de sus pertenencias, amenazándola con una pistola de municiones y fulminante calibre 4.5 al momento de transitar por la avenida Fresnos esquina con Sauces de la colonia Bosques de Ixtacala.
Mediante el proceso de búsqueda e investigación que se realizó en el sistema de la Subdirección de Plataforma México, se logró saber que Ricardo Humberto Hernández Presa, cuenta con orden de aprehensión por ese delito por lo que de forma inmediata se le notificó al personal de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Nayarit para proceder a entregarlo a los investigadores Ministeriales, de acuerdo con el procedimiento de colaboración.
La orden de aprehensión en contra de Ricardo Humberto Hernández Presa, fue girada en septiembre del 2014 por el Juez Penal de Primera Instancia del Ramo Penal en el Distrito Judicial de Bucerías, municipio de Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, por el Delito de Homicidio Culposo, bajo la causa penal 231/2014.
Con esta acción la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito mantiene firme su política de “Cero Tolerancia” contra de la delincuencia como lo dio a conocer la Presidenta Municipal, Ana María Balderas Trejo y el Comisario Eduardo González Castillo.
