Como resultado de las labores de inteligencia priorizados en la actual administración, se obtuvieron indicios certeros que permitieron la detención en flagrancia de Fidel “N” de 35 años de edad, al momento en que despojaba con lujo de violencia las pertenencias de un transeúnte.
En seguimiento a la Carpeta de Investigación por el homicidio con disparos de arma de fuego en agravio a un pasajero del transporte público, durante el asalto de la unidad en la que viajaba, se obtuvieron datos precisos sobre la identidad del probable responsable, por lo que se efectuaron despliegues estratégicos para su localización.
Como resultado fue posible ubicarlo sobre el Bulevar Manuel Ávila Camacho esquina avenida de Los Maestros, en la colonia San Andrés Atenco de este municipio, donde fue sorprendido mientras amenazaba a un adolescente con un arma punzo cortante para despojarlo de 650 pesos en efectivo.
En ese momento, acorde a los protocolos de actuación los uniformados de la SS lograron la detención efectiva del individuo, a quien se le aseguró una navaja y el dinero reportado por la víctima.
Por señalamiento se llevó a cabo su traslado junto con el objeto y dinero decomisado, a la Agencia del Ministerio Público correspondiente, donde se realizó la denuncia de hechos para determinar su situación legal y continuar con las indagatorias por su probable relación en el delito de homicidio.
Cabe destacar que Fidel “N”, también podría estar implicado en varios secuestros perpetrados en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, por lo que se ampliarán las labores de investigación.
