#Tlalnepantla, Estado de México, 17 de mayo de 2022.- Elementos de la Policía de Investigación (PDI) de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) cumplimentaron orden de aprehensión en contra de Víctor Mauricio “N”, quien está señalado por su probable participación en el delito de trata de personas, en agravio de una menor de edad.
El detenido fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde quedó a disposición de la autoridad judicial, quien determinará su situación legal, sin embargo, se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
Este sujeto es indagado por el delito de trata de personas, ya que desde febrero del año 2019 y hasta marzo de 2022, al parecer, trasladó a una menor de edad a un inmueble en la colonia Emiliano Zapata, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, en donde la habría obligado a sostener relaciones sexuales a cambio de dinero.
Durante este tiempo el probable partícipe llevó a la víctima en diversas ocasiones al lugar referido y el dinero que obtenía la menor de edad debía entregarlo a este individuo.
Una vez que esta Fiscalía General tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, fue integrada la carpeta de investigación respectiva y el Ministerio Público recabó elementos de prueba, los cuales aportó a la autoridad judicial, quien libró orden de aprehensión en contra del posible responsable.
