Agentes de la Policía de Investigación (PDI) cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensión en contra de Oscar “N”, quien es investigado por su probable participación en el homicidio de un hombre en este municipio, además está relacionado con por lo menos cuatro robos de vehículo en esa región de la entidad mexiquense.
La detención de este individuo fue realizada en el municipio de Tecámac y posteriormente fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, quien habrá de determinar su situación legal.
Este sujeto enfrenta cargos por el homicidio de un individuo cuyo cuerpo fue localizado en la calle Primera Cerrada de San Juan, en la colonia San Miguel Xochimanga, en Atizapán de Zaragoza, el día 19 de septiembre de 2019.
Esta Institución inició una indagatoria tras el hallazgo, la cual permitió establecer que dos días antes, el 17 de septiembre, la víctima habría sido privada de la libertad por seis sujetos, entre ellos el ahora detenido, cuando se encontraba en calles de la colonia referida.
Los probables agresores viajaban a bordo de dos vehículos, uno marca Volkswagen tipo Jetta, y una camioneta CRV, a bordo de ésta última subieron a la víctima; dos días después esta persona fue hallada sin vida.
Cabe mencionar que además de este ilícito por el cual fue ingresado al Penal de Tlalnepantla, este sujeto tiene otra orden de aprehensión vigente por un homicidio ocurrido en agosto de 2018, en esa región de la entidad.
Asimismo, esta Institución investiga su probable participación en por lo menos cuatro robos de vehículo con violencia registrados en los municipios de Atizapán, Tlalnepantla, Tultepec y Zumpango.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
