Mediante un operativo realizado en el municipio de Nicolás Romero, Agentes de Investigación de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) llevaron cabo la detención de tres sujetos, quienes están señalados por su probable participación en el delito de robo con violencia a transporte público de pasajeros.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como César “N”, de 24 años de edad; Oscar “N”, de 34 años, y Daniel “N”, de 18 años.
Estos individuos fueron asegurados en calles de la colonia La Corona, en Nicolás Romero, luego de que presuntamente abordaron una unidad de transporte público de la ruta 22, amagaron con un arma de fuego al chofer y pasajeros, y los despojaron de sus pertenencias.
Cabe mencionar que derivado de las indagatorias realizadas por personal de esta Institución, se pudo establecer que horas antes de ser detenidos, estos tres sujetos presumiblemente cometieron otro asalto a una unidad de transporte púbico en el municipio de Cuautitlán Izcalli.
Al momento de ser detenidos a estos sujetos les fueron asegurados 18 teléfonos celulares, identificaciones, así como diversas carteras y bolsos, los cuales fueron obtenidos durante los asaltos.
César “N”, Oscar “N”, y Daniel “N”, fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público quien inició la carpeta de investigación por estos hechos, para determinar su situación legal, sin embargo se les presume inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra. En tanto que esta Institución investiga la probable participación de estos individuos en otros robos ocurridos en los municipios de Nicolás Romero, Tlalnepantla y Cuautitlán Izcalli.
