• En uno de los inmuebles fueron hallados diversos abarrotes y botellas de bebidas alcohólicas, en tanto que en el otro domicilio fueron localizadas cajas con cerveza artesanal.
Agentes de la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Cometidos Contra el Transporte de la Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM) catearon dos inmuebles en los municipios de Nicolás Romero y Tultitlán, en donde fue recuperada mercancía robada.
En una acción, elementos de esta Institución se trasladaron a una vivienda ubicada en la colonia Campestre Liberación, en Nicolás Romero, donde fue hallada la siguiente mercancía:
• 83 botellas de una bebida alcohólica
• 18 piezas de alcohol etílico
• 12 botellas de vino
• Ocho botellas de licor
• 20 piezas de bebida alcohólica
• 204 botellas de bebida Jack Daniel´s
• Diversas piezas de productos enlatados, detergentes y shampoo
Cabe mencionar que este cateo fue realizado como parte de una investigación iniciada por elementos de la FGJEM, luego de que fue detenido un individuo identificado como Irving Osvaldo “N”, quien habría participado en el robo de un vehículo marca Nissan, tipo NP 300, con un cargamento de abarrotes.
Por ello el Ministerio Público solicitó a un Juez una orden de cateo para una vivienda ubicada en el municipio referido, donde al parecer se encontraba la mercancía.
Por otro lado, elementos de la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Cometidos Contra el Transporte catearon una vivienda localizada en la colonia Las Torres, en el municipio de Tultitlán, en donde fueron halladas cajas con cerveza artesanal, robadas hace unos días en esta región de la entidad, cuando eran transportadas a bordo de un vehículo.
Al término del cateo fueron colocados sellos en las pertas de acceso del inmueble, el cual quedó asegurado.
