El Representante Social de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidio Zona Oriente, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM) consiguió una sentencia condenatoria de 47 años y seis meses de prisión en contra de Daniel Rosas Rosales, tras acreditar su participación en el asesinato de un individuo en este municipio.
Después de revisar los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Ministerio Público, un Juez dictó esta condena para Rosas Rosales, además le fijó multas de 149 mil 969 pesos y 224 mil 869 como reparación del daño, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
Este homicidio ocurrió el día 25 de diciembre del año 2019, en la calle Río Papaloapan, en el Barrio Portezuelos, en el municipio de Chimalhuacán, donde este sujeto atacó con un cuchillo a la víctima, tras sostener una discusión.
Derivado de esta agresión la víctima falleció, por lo que la FGJEM integró la carpeta de investigación respectiva respetiva por el delito de homicidio calificado, además fueron llevadas a cabo diversas diligencias que permitieron la captura del probable partícipe.
Este individuo fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Nezahualcóyotl, donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, autoridad que previo proceso legal, le dictó esta condena.
