• Los sentenciados se ostentaban como integrantes del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación.
El Representante Social de la Fiscalía Especializada de Secuestro del Valle de México de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM) obtuvo una sentencia condenatoria de 55 años de prisión para tres sujetos, quienes fueron encontrados culpables del delito de secuestro en agravio de un comerciante de este municipio.
Los sentenciados fueron identificados como Diego David Bernal Sotelo, Raúl Leonel Reyes Hernández y Alexander Rivera Rivera, quienes el día 3 de octubre del año pasado participaron en el secuestro referido.
Además de la pena privativa de libertad, estos individuos deberán de pagar cada uno multas de 380 mil 205 pesos, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
El secuestro ocurrió en la colonia El Mirador, en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, donde la víctima se encontraba instalando su puesto semifijo de venta de ropa, no obstante fue sorprendido por Bernal Sotelo y otro sujeto, quienes lo amagaron con un arma de fuego y lo obligaron a subir a un vehículo marca Dodge, tipo Attitude, a bordo de esta unidad automotora fue llevado a un inmueble de la colonia Prados de Ixtacala, en Atizapán de Zaragoza.
En ese sitio se encontraban Reyes Hernández y Rivera Rivera, quienes despojaron a esa persona de sus pertenencias, posteriormente estos individuos se comunicaron con los familiares del hombre secuestrado ante quienes se presentaron como integrantes del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación y a quienes les exigieron una fuerte suma económica a cambio de liberarlo.
Dos días después, el 5 de octubre de ese año, la víctima fue dejada en libertad en la colonia El Tesoro, en el municipio de Tultitlán, por lo que denunció los hechos ante la FGJEM. Derivado de la querella fue iniciada una investigación que permitió identificar y detener a los probables partícipes, por lo que fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, donde un Juez, previo proceso legal, les dictó esta condena.
