El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidio Zona Oriente de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM) acreditó la participación de cuatro individuos en asesinatos ocurridos en los municipios de Tepetlixpa, Chalco, Ixtapaluca y Chimalhuacán, por lo que la Autoridad Judicial les dictó condenas por estos hechos.
En un caso, un Juez con sede en Chalco dictó una condena de 55 años de prisión para Sergio Pablo Noriega Galicia, quien el día 1 de diciembre del año 2019 participó en el asesinato de una persona, en un inmueble ubicado en Paraje Cerro Tres Cumbres, en el municipio de Tepetlixpa.
La indagatoria iniciada por estos hechos permitió establecer que ese día la víctima y el ahora sentenciado se encontraban dentro del inmueble referido, pero luego de algunas horas de convivencia iniciaron una pelea. Noriega Galicia tomó un arma punzocortante con la que atacó a esta persona, ocasionándole la muerte y luego llevó el cuerpo a la calle Tamaulipas, del municipio referido, donde lo abandonó.
Derivado de este homicidio fue iniciada la carpeta de investigación respectiva y posteriormente fue detenido el probable partícipe, mismo que fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona, donde un Juez, previo proceso legal, le dictó esta condena.
Por otro lado, el Ministerio Público acreditó la participación de Luis Gerardo Alanís Maganda, en el homicidio de un hombre en el municipio de Chalco, por lo que un Juez lo condenó a 55 años de prisión, además le fijó multas y suspendió sus derechos civiles y políticos.
El día 29 de julio del año 2019, tanto la víctima como este sujeto se encontraban dentro de un inmueble de la colonia Villas de San Martín, donde comenzaron una discusión por problemas personales. Durante la disputa el condenado realizó disparos con un arma de fuego en contra de este hombre, causándole la muerte.
La FGJEM tomó conocimiento de los hechos por lo que inició la indagatoria por este asesinato y con el avance en la indagatoria fue detenido Alanís Maganda, mismo que quedó a disposición de un Juez en el Penal de Chalco, quien luego de revisar los elementos de prueba aportados por el MP, le dictó esta condena.
En otro caso, el Representante Social aportó los datos de prueba en contra de Iván Daniel Ortiz Gaytán, por lo que la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Chalco le dictó una sentencia condenatoria de 50 años de prisión, por el delito de homicidio calificado en agravio de un elemento de Seguridad Pública de Ixtapaluca.
Los hechos ocurrieron el día 18 de mayo de 2019 cuando el uniformado y otro de sus compañeros realizaban un operativo en calles de la colonia Emiliano Zapata, en Ixtapaluca. En ese lugar fueron interceptados por Iván Daniel y otro individuo, quienes tripulaban una motocicleta y portaban armas de fuego.
Estos sujetos realizaron detonaciones de arma de fuego en contra de los elementos policiacos; una de las víctimas resultó herida por lo que fue trasladada a un hospital de la zona, donde recibió atención médica, en tanto que la otra resultó muerta.
Una vez que esta Institución tuvo conocimiento de la agresión fue iniciada la carpeta de investigación respectiva y posteriormente fue detenido el probable partícipe, mismo que fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona, donde la Autoridad Judicial, le dictó esta condena.
Finalmente, un Juez del Distrito Judicial de Nezahualcóyotl dictó una sentencia condenatoria de 47 años de cárcel para Edgar Moreno Macías, quien el 8 de marzo del año pasado asesinó a una persona, en el municipio de Chimalhuacán.
Ese día la víctima se encontraba con otra persona en la calle Baja California, en el Barrio San Agustín, donde fue interceptada por el ahora sentenciado, quien portaba un arma de fuego, con la cual le disparó, ocasionándole la muerte.
Por este homicidio fue detenido Moreno Macías y después fue ingresado al Penal de Nezahualcóyotl, donde un Juez, previo proceso legal, le dictó esta sentencia.
