Elementos de la Fiscalía Regional de Naucalpan, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM), aseguraron a un sujeto identificado como Luis Enrique “N” de 28 años de edad, quien tenía su poder un cargamento con mercancía consistente en solución para diálisis, reportado como robado.
Derivado de una denuncia iniciada por el robo de un vehículo de carga con la mercancía referida, Policías de Investigación (PDI) llevaron a cabo una movilización en el municipio de Naucalpan, y en la Avenida Prado Oriente, de la colonia San Francisco Cuautlalpan, fue ubicado un individuo, quien bajaba cajas con la mercancía robada y las metía a una bodega.
Dentro de la unidad automotora fueron halladas 171 cajas con material para diálisis peritoneal de la marca Baxter. Por ello tanto el detenido identificado como Luis Enrique “N”, el vehículo y la mercancía fueron trasladados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público. En tanto que el inmueble quedó vigilado por elementos de la Policía Municipal.
Cabe mencionar que el chofer del vehículo robado reconoció plenamente a este sujeto como uno de los que lo habrían amagado para despojarlo de dicha unidad automotora con la mercancía de la empresa Opciones Médicas de Equipamiento, valuada en 190 mil pesos.
De acuerdo con el denunciante, él conducía este vehículo por la carretera Naucalpan-Toluca, y a la altura de la colonia La Cebada, fue interceptado por los tripulantes de una camioneta Volkswagen, tipo combi, quienes lo habrían amenazado, por la fuerza lo subieron a esta camioneta a bordo de la cual lo mantuvieron privado de la libertad por 40 minutos y luego lo abandonaron en la zona. En tanto que los probables partícipes hurtaron el vehículo de carga con la mercancía.
A este sujeto se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
