Elementos de la Policía Municipal de Ecatepec detuvieron a un sujeto por estar ingiriendo bebidas embriagantes en calles de la colonia Las Vegas Xalostoc, sin embargo, al presentarlo en la Oficialía Conciliadora y Mediadora y tras verificar los datos del infractor en Plataforma México, el sistema arrojó que el detenido contaba con una orden de aprehensión vigente por haber cometido delitos contra la salud en el estado de Guerrero.
La noche del 25 de diciembre, elementos del cuadrante 70 de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública municipal se percataron que Eduardo “N” de 43 años ingería bebidas embriagantes en la vía pública, hecho que constituye una falta administrativa, motivo por lo que fue presentado ante el juez calificador de la Oficialía de Los Arcos en la colonia Granjas Valle de Guadalupe.
Luego del hallazgo y tras verificar los datos que proporcionó el detenido, las autoridades constataron que el sujeto contaba con una orden de aprehensión vigente por delitos contra la salud emitida el pasado 19 de febrero de 2020 en el Estado de Guerrero, por lo que notificaron a la Fiscalía General del Estado de Guerrero.
El detenido fue entregado a agentes de aprehensiones de la Fiscalía estatal, quienes lo trasladaron al Ministerio Público de San Cristóbal Ecatepec, para su certificación y posteriormente trasladarlo al Juzgado de Control y Enjuiciamiento Penal del Distrito Judicial de Tabares, Acapulco Guerrero, donde continuará su proceso legal.
El gobierno de Ecatepec ha colaborado en la detención de cerca de una decena de sujetos con órdenes de aprehensión vigentes y que por cometer faltas administrativas han sido remitidos a las oficialías conciliadoras del municipio donde se ha dado seguimiento a su estatus legal.
