El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable participación de Omar “N”, en el delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una menor de 5 años de edad, ilícito por el cual un Juez lo vinculó a proceso.

El pasado 29 de julio este sujeto habría realizado tocamientos a la víctima, tras llevarla a un panteón en el poblado de San Cristóbal Texcalucan, en el municipio de Huixquilucan.

De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación iniciada, los hechos ocurrieron cuando la víctima se encontraba junto con sus padres y varios de sus familiares en una feria realizada en el poblado referido, pero el detenido habría aprovechado un descuido de estas personas para tomar de la mano a la menor y llevarla a un panteón cerca de la zona. En ese sitio Omar “N” le habría realizado tocamientos a la niña.

Cabe mencionar que los padres y familiares de la víctima al percatarse que ya no se encontraba con ellos, la buscaron y acudieron al mencionado panteón donde la encontraron, además aseguraron a este individuo

Elementos de la policía municipal acudieron al sitio y trasladaron al detenido ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició una indagatoria por los hechos y luego lo remitió ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, autoridad que luego de revisar los elementos de prueba recabados por esta Representación Social, determinó iniciar un proceso legal en su contra por el delito de abuso sexual y estableció un plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigación.
