El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Cometidos contra el Transporte, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la participación de Iván Mercado Mandujano, en un asalto en una unidad de transporte público de pasajeros en este municipio, por el que la Autoridad Judicial le dictó una sentencia condenatoria de 13 años de prisión.
Los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por esta Representación Social fueron determinantes para que un Juez con sede en Ecatepec le dictara esta condena, además suspendió sus derechos civiles y políticos.
Este sujeto fue detenido el 9 de febrero pasado, por elementos de esta Institución, luego de que, en compañía de otro sujeto, abordó una unidad de transporte público en la Vía Morelos de la colonia Jardines de Cerro Gordo y amagó con un arma de fuego a los usuarios, a quienes despojó de sus pertenencias.
Durante la detención a este sujeto le fue asegurada la pistola tipo escuadra calibre .380, misma que fue utilizada para cometer el robo.
Mercado Mandujano fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público quien inició la carpeta de investigación por estos hechos y luego fue remitido ante un Juez, quien previo proceso legal le dictó esta condena.
