• Horas más tarde la niña fue localizada en calles de Praderas de San Mateo, en Naucalpan, donde fue abandonada.
Una mujer identificada como Nayeli Ruth González Correa, de 39 años de edad, fue condenada a 10 años de prisión tras ser encontrada culpable del delito de privación de la libertad de menor de edad, ya que el pasado 10 de junio sustrajo a una menor de un mes y medio de nacida, en las oficinas del Registro Civil en el municipio de Naucalpan.
Los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) fueron determinantes para que la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla dictara esta condena en su contra y le fijara multas de 102 mil 680 pesos y 39 mil pesos como reparación del daño material.
El 10 de junio de este año, la ahora sentenciada sustrajo a la pequeña, mientras la madre de ésta realizaba un trámite para un supuesto apoyo gubernamental. Tras privar de la libertad a la víctima la llevó a un inmueble de la colonia Casas Viejas, en Naucalpan; horas más tarde la niña fue localizada en calles de Praderas de San Mateo, en donde vecinos reportaron a cuerpos policiales el hallazgo de la bebé.
Las diligencias de campo y gabinete realizadas por esta Institución, luego del reporte de desaparición hecho por familiares de la pequeña, permitieron establecer la identidad de la mujer que la había sustraído, y derivado de la revisión de cámaras de vigilancia del C5 del Estado de México, así como de cámaras municipales y particulares, se pudo determinar la ruta que siguió la acusada.
Dos días después, el 12 de junio, Agentes de Investigación detuvieron a González Correa en la carretera Villa del Carbón-Nicolás Romero, a la altura del paraje Miranda, en Villa del Carbón, por lo que fue presentada ante el Agente del Ministerio Público y luego remitida ante un Juez, quien mediante un procedimiento abreviado le dictó esta condena.
