Ninguno fue procesado por el delito de homicidio múltiple de una familia de mujeres y niños
Autoridades de la Fiscalía mexiquense confirmaron que cinco de los nueve detenidos de la banda de Los Rikis, entre ellos una mujer, fueron vinculados a proceso por narcomenudeo, pero ninguno por el homicidio múltiple de una familia de mujeres y niños en La Cañada ocurrido la noche del 10 de abril.
La semana pasada fueron detenidos ocho hombres y una mujer, dos de ellos menores de edad, encabezados por Ricky Angel, de 30 años de edad, y Jonathan Iván llamado el “Güero Simpson” de 32 años de edad así como a Víctor Manuel de 53 años de edad, Juan Jesús o Juan José de 22 años, Jorge Antonio de 32 años, Neri Dayami de 21 años y José Luis de 23 años.
De los nueve detenidos al menos cinco ya fueron vinculados a proceso por delitos contra la salud, uno más su situación legal se resolverá este 21 de abril, en tanto que dos menores de edad fueron trasladados a la Quinta del Bosque, tras ser detenidos por narcomenudeo actividad a la que se dedicaban, informaron fuentes de la Fiscalía mexiquense.
Ricky Ángel contaba además con dos órdenes de aprehensión por homicidios derivados por la disputa del territorio que se extiende no solo por Tultepec, sino además por municipios aledaños como Melchor Ocampo, Tultitlán y Zumpango, indicaron fuentes cercanas a la investigación.
Los nueve detenidos fueron trasladados a los penales de Jilotepec, Cuautitlán y Almoloya de Juárez en Santiaguito, dieron a conocer autoridades mexiquenses.
Cabe recordar que la noche del 10 de abril una familia integrada por seis mujeres, tres de ellas niñas y un niño, así como un joven de 22 años fueron asesinados dentro de su casa en la cerrada Mazahua en la colonia la Cañada en Tultepec, luego de que narcomenudistas buscaban al hombre y al estar drogados decidieron ejecutar a toda la familia “porque los habían visto”, indicaron autoridades de la Fiscalía mexiquense.
