El Representante Social de la Fiscalía Especializada de Feminicidio, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM), consiguió una sentencia condenatoria de 13 años y cuatro meses de prisión para Rogelio Barrios Illarramendi, tras acreditar su participación en el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, ya que en el mes de mayo del año 2019 intentó asesinar a su pareja sentimental.
De acuerdo con las investigaciones realizadas por personal de esta Institución, se pudo establecer que el día 10 de mayo de ese año, este sujeto lesionó con un arma punzo cortante a su pareja sentimental y luego él, de igual forma, se causó lesiones cuando ambos se encontraban en un inmueble de la colonia San José de Los Leones, en el municipio de Naucalpan.
La víctima aprovechó un descuido de este sujeto para salir del domicilio y pidió ayuda a sus vecinos, quienes solicitaron la presencia de los servicios de emergencias; tanto la mujer como este sujeto fueron trasladados a un hospital de la zona, donde recibieron atención médica.
Por estos hechos el Representante Social integró la carpeta de investigación respectiva y solicitó a un Juez librar una orden de aprehensión en contra de Rogelio, la cual fue otorgada y cumplimentada por policías de la FGJEM.
Este sujeto fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, autoridad que lo vinculó a proceso y previo proceso legal, le dictó esta condena. Barrios Illarramendi además deberá pagar multas, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
