La cabeza del sujeto se encontró en una bolsa de plástico negra y sobre un vehículo, los hechos ocurrieron en Atizapán de Zaragoza.
El cuerpo de un hombre decapitado fue hallado en calles del municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza en Limites de Nicolas Romero, en el Estado de México; el cadáver fue abandonado con un narcomensaje.
El hombre de aproximadamente 40 años de edad tenía clavado un desarmador en la espalda con una cartulina que decía:
“Esto me pasó por ser gente del sombra, el pantera y el ingeniero… para que no se sientan bien verga. Atte. El padrino o el N…”.
De acuerdo a los primeros reportes de la policía estatal, en un inicio se recibió el reporte de dos personas decapitadas en Avenida Central, esquina con cerrada de Chiapas, en la colonia Adolfo López Mateos, sin embargo al llegar las unidades al punto se confirmó el hallazgo de sólo un cuerpo decapitado.
La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México (PGJEM) inició la averiguación previa correspondiente para identificar el cuerpo sin vida del sujeto y dar con los responsables.
