Ulises Pinto Madera, alias El Mamado o El Pinto, presunto segundo al mando de La Barredora, aceptó un criterio de oportunidad para colaborar con la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR).
A cambio, proporcionará información sobre la estructura y operaciones del grupo delictivo que habría encabezado el exsecretario de Seguridad Pública de Tabasco, Hernán Bermúdez Requena, conocido como El H o El Abuelo.
Fuentes cercanas al caso señalaron que desde su captura el 23 de julio en Jalisco, Pinto Madera permanece bajo custodia de la FGR, aunque su paradero y situación jurídica no han sido revelados oficialmente, pese a contar con una orden de aprehensión emitida en Tabasco.

De acuerdo con las investigaciones, Pinto Madera integró corporaciones de seguridad, donde conoció a Bermúdez Requena y trabajó como su jefe de escoltas.
Con él fundó La Hermandad, también identificada como Cártel Policiaco, vinculada con delitos como tráfico de migrantes, trata de personas, distribución de droga y control de antros y bares en Tabasco.
Una fuente de la Fiscalía confirmó el criterio de oportunidad fue otorgado para obtener detalles sobre la operación interna de esta organización, sus finanzas y sus alianzas con otros cárteles.
El origen de La Barredora y su ruptura con el Cártel del Golfo
La célula delictiva, en conflicto con el Cártel del Golfo, se alió con el Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG). Esa relación derivó en una ruptura en 2023 que dio origen a La Barredora, liderada entonces por Hernán Bermúdez y actualmente en disputa con Pinto Madera por el control del territorio.
El objetivo de la agrupación fue ampliar actividades ilícitas como la extorsión, el robo de hidrocarburos, el tráfico de armas y la venta de drogas.
Propiedades y autos de lujo de El Pinto en Jalisco
Las autoridades documentaron que Pinto Madera acumuló una significativa riqueza derivada de actividades ilícitas.
Entre sus bienes destacan residencias en zonas exclusivas de Zapopan y Guadalajara, además de una flotilla de vehículos de lujo de último modelo.
Se estima que el valor de sus propiedades y automóviles supera los millones de pesos, recursos producto del tráfico de migrantes y la distribución de estupefacientes, de acuerdo fuentes federales.
