* Estos hechos tuvieron lugar el pasado 5 de agosto en la autopista México-Pachuca, colonia San Juan Alcahuacan.
Elementos de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) cumplimentaron orden de aprehensión en contra de Abel Omar “N”, quien está señalado como probable implicado en el delito de secuestro exprés con fines de robo, ilícito registrado el pasado 5 de agosto en esta región de la entidad.
Tras ser capturado, el probable implicado fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Ecatepec, a disposición de un Juez, quien habrá de determinar su situación jurídica.
Los hechos por los cuales es investigado se registraron el 5 de agosto de 2025, cuando la víctima conducía un vehículo marca Kenworth y al encontrarse en la autopista México-Pachuca, colonia San Juan Alcahuacan en Ecatepec, fue interceptada por el ahora detenido y otro individuo, quienes la habrían sometido y privado de la libertad para despojarla de la unidad de carga que conducía.
De la investigación se desprende que los implicados subieron por la fuerza a la víctima a un automóvil, en el cual la mantuvieron secuestrada y después la liberaron.
De estos hechos tomó conocimiento la Fiscalía Edoméx quien inició una investigación y solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión, en contra del probable implicado; mandamiento judicial que fue otorgado y cumplimentado.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
