La gente insiste en enfrentar a la delincuencia y hacer justicia por su propias mano. Este fin de semana se presentaron dos nuevos intentos de linchamientos en el territorio mexiquense; uno en la colonia Loma de la Cruz, Nicolás Romero, y otro en el municipio de Tlalnepantla.
De acuerdo al medio La Jornada ambos hechos ocurrieron este sábado. Alrededor de las 18:00 horas un parroquiano del municipio de Tlalnepantla alertó a los pobladores del lugar sobre un supuesto robo, mismo que lograron impedir al capturar a los dos implicados a quienes tundieron a golpes, entre ellos había un menor de edad. Horas más tarde, alrededor de 300 pobladores de Nicolás Romero golpearon a tres supuestos asaltantes, quienes a decir de la gente intentaron asaltar a un taxista quien fue herido durante el asalto. En este acto también estuvo involucrado un menor de edad.
Con estos 2 nuevos intentos de linchamientos se acumulan 50 en lo que va del año, es decir, 8.33 por mes. Durante este primer semestre del año se estima que son alrededor de 70 presuntos delincuentes los que han sido sorprendidos y golpeados por la ciudadanía, de los cuales 64 han sido salvados de muerte por elementos policíacos y 6 han fallecido durante el linchamiento, es decir, casi el 9 por ciento del total.
De los 125 municipios que comprende la entidad mexiquense, en 24 se han registrados intentos de linchamiento, es decir, el 19.2 por ciento, siendo Ecatepec la demarcación con mayor número de casos con 13, seguido por Chalco con 5 y Toluca, Tlalnepantla, Nicolás Romero con 3 cada uno.
Con ello se promedia una muerte por linchamiento al mes en el Estado de México,mientras que de acuerdo a estudios de los investigadores Raúl Rodríguez Guillén y Norma Ilse Veloz Ávila, publicado en 2014, en los periodos de 1988 a 1985 se promediaban 0.15 a nivel nacional; de 1996 a 2004, 0.44; y de 2005 a 2014, 0.61.
De los 50 intentos de linchamientos en el año 4 corresponden al mes de enero (8%), 8 a febrero (16%), 11 a marzo (22%), 8 a abril (16%), 16 a mayo (32%) y 3 en lo que de este mes (6%), siendo el mes pasado en el que más se presentaron y en el que se hicieron más públicos a partir del ocurrido en Atlatongo, Teotihuacan, en el que fallecieron dos personas, entre ellos una mujer.
Estos son los números que reflejan una clara molestia entre la gente por la falta de resultados en cuanto a materia de seguridad se refiere, rabia que, de acuerdo a cifras, incrementa cada vez más entre la sociedad haciendo que incluso los delincuentes teman por sus vidas. ¿Seguirá la tendencia para este mes y los próximos…? ¿En qué municipio se presentará el próximo caso…?
