El día de hoy estamos muy contentos en Movimiento Ciudadano, porque estamos abriendo las puertas de este proyecto a personas que realmente busquen una evolución en la política de sus municipios, sus distritos, sus estados y por ende nuestro país; es por eso que de esta manera le damos la bienvenida al Arquitecto Enrique Moreno Martínez, el cuál aparte de ser un ciudadano ejemplar y mi amigo, puedo decir que también ha sido un funcionario público que ha trabajado a favor de la ciudadanía desde los espacios que ha ocupado en Administración Pública, ya que si podemos decir que dentro de sus cargos a lo largo de su carrera, ha sido Director de desarrollo económico y asuntos metropolitanos de Atizapán de Zaragoza en la administración 2015-2018 y podemos empezar resaltando que él ha sido de los pocos directores que ha estado al frente de su cargo los 3 años completos, que él también certifico el municipio en el sistema PROSARE, realizó las ferias de empleo más grandes del Estado de México, llegando a ofrecer cerca de 12,000 vacantes y que también en su ejercicio de gobierno realizo encuentros empresariales entre COPARMEX, CANACO, ASECEM, UNIDEM, PROCOBA (Representante de las bodegas de Atizapán).
Sin dudarlo y debido a la congruencia de sus palabras con sus hechos, puedo decir que ha sido el mejor Director de Desarrollo Económico que ha tenido el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Amigo Enrique, te doy la bienvenida a la ahora tu casa Movimiento Ciudadano y te digo que en este proyecto encontraras personas como tu, llenas de congruencia, llenas de vocación de servicio y con la firme convicción de hacer mejor un lugar donde vivir para todos.
De esta manera, demostrémosle a los ciudadanos Atizapenses que la ciudadanía debe participar en la política de su municipio y que si el día de mañana dan la oportunidad a Movimiento Ciudadano de ocupar esos espacios de tomas de decisiones, esos personajes, lo harán de una manera libre y con la única responsabilidad y encomienda de hacerlo para la ciudadanía y no para cúpulas políticas o caprichos de una sola persona.
