Un sujeto identificado como Rafael “N” fue vinculado a proceso por su probable participación en el delito de violación, luego de que la Fiscalía Central para la Atención de Delitos Vinculados a la Violencia de Género, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), recabó y presentó las pruebas en contra de este sujeto por el ilícito que se la imputa.
El pasado 21 de abril la víctima caminaba en dirección hacia su hogar, cuando se percató que el imputado la perseguía, por lo que la mujer intentó huir, pero fue alcanzada y el individuo sacó de entre sus pertenencias un arma blanca, misma con la que la habría amagado.
Después de que la sometió, la habría agredido sexualmente, en un terreno baldío ubicado a la altura de la colonia Calacoaya, en Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Por estos hechos, este sujeto fue detenido y presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició la carpeta de investigación por violación y luego lo remitió ante un Juez de un Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona, donde un Juez lo vinculó a proceso, con un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigación y una medida cautelar de prisión preventiva.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadanía para que en caso de que reconozca a este sujeto como probable partícipe de algún otro ilícito, sea denunciado a través del correo electrónico [email protected], al número telefónico 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicación FGJEdomex, la cual está disponible de manera gratuita para todos los teléfonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.
