La mujer fue trasladada ante la autoridad competente, a fin de deslindar responsabilidades.
Resultado de despliegues operativos estratégicos, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad del Estado de México (SSEM) detuvieron a una mujer, probable implicada en el delito de violencia familiar.
Mediante un alertamiento emitido por el Centro de Mando estatal, policías adscritos a la Dirección General de Género, tuvieron conocimiento de la agresión contra una persona, ocurrida en la carretera Temoaya – Toluca, en el poblado de San Andrés Cuexcontitlán.
De manera inmediata, hicieron presencia en el lugar referido y al llegar se entrevistaron con un hombre de aproximadamente 52 años de edad, mismo que denunció ser violentado con amenazas, empujones y agresiones verbales, por parte de su hija, quien estaba en el sitio.
Luego de informar el constitutivo del delito, los oficiales detuvieron a María “N” de 19 años de edad. Después de hacer saber los derechos que la ley otorga, la detenida, junto con la víctima, fue conducida al Centro de Justicia para la Mujer con sede en Toluca, donde se inició la carpeta de investigación a fin de determinar su situación jurídica.
