El detenido habría privado de la vida a su pareja sentimental al interior de un inmueble ubicado en colonia Bosque Esmeralda.
Fue vinculado a proceso.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) aportó datos de prueba contra Paul “N” en el hecho delictivo de feminicidio en agravio de su pareja sentimental, por lo que fue iniciado un proceso legal en su contra.
El delito por el cual es indagado se registró el pasado 14 de julio, en un inmueble de la colonia Bosque Esmeralda, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde este individuo habría agredido físicamente a la víctima y luego presumiblemente la estranguló, tras haber discutido con ella.
Derivado del hallazgo del cuerpo, la Fiscalía mexiquense inició una indagatoria y fueron llevados a cabo actos de investigación y realizadas pruebas periciales con las que fue posible determinar que se trataba de un feminicidio, por ello el Representante Social solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión contra el probable implicado.
Hace unos días, en acción conjunta elementos de la Policía de Investigación de la Fiscalía General de Justicia mexiquense y de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO) de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana federal (SSPC), aprehendieron a este individuo y lo pusieron a dispersión de la Autoridad Judicial en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla.
Luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Ministerio Público, el Órgano Jurisdiccional determinó vincularlo a proceso, con plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar prisión preventiva justificada.
