La Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (Condusef) reveló cuáles son aquellas instituciones bancarias con más reclamaciones y quejas por fraude.
A través de un comunicado, la dependencia explicó que en el primer trimestre del año las reclamaciones sumaron 1 millón 385 mil 746, de las cuales el mayor número las concentró el Banco Azteca con 341 mil 599.
Sin embargo, en la lista también apareció el Banco Nacional de México (Banamex) con 212 mil 348 quejas, seguido de BBVA con 176 mil 293, Bancoppel con 138 mil 414 y HSBC con 119 mil 101.
Del total de las reclamaciones que recibieron durante el primer trimestre del 2021, el 71 por ciento fueron por posible fraude, mientras que aquellas sobre la Banca Electrónica solo representaran el 2%.
Asimismo, entre las principales causas de reclamación por posible fraude destacaron: la apertura de caja sin autorización, apertura de cuenta no solicitada ni autorizada por el usuario, cargos no reconocidos en la cuenta, consumos no reconocidos y cheque pagado no reconocido por el titular.
En el mismo periodo se registraron 34 reclamaciones a bancos por cada 10 mil contratos, precisó Condusef.
