Feminicida de Ingrid Escamilla es sentenciado a 70 años de cárcel
Erick Francisco Robledo Rosas, de 48 años, fue sentenciado a 70 años de cárcel por el feminicidio de Ingrid Escamilla, su pareja sentimental, luego de que la semana pasada fuera declarado culpable del asesinato de la joven.
Según las pruebas, el hombre asesinó a la mujer al interior de su apartamento ubicado en la alcaldía Gustavo A. Madero, el 9 de febrero de 2020.
El asesino de Ingrid intentó deshacerse del cuerpo de su pareja, pero ese mismo día fue detenido y confesó su crimen a los elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana que atendieron el reporte.
La Fiscalía de la Ciudad de México, detalló que el feminicida deberá pagar una indemnización por gastos funerarios.
“El Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento también lo condenó al pago por indemnización por muerte y por gastos funerarios, así como a la reparación del daño moral; además, se le suspendieron sus derechos políticos y se le negaron sus beneficios y sustitutivos de la pena”, detalló.
Ingrid tenía 25 años y era originaria del municipio de Juan Galindo en el estado de Puebla, era licenciada en Administración de Empresas Turísticas y tenía una maestría en Administración.
La pareja tenía más de 5 años de relación y en el año 2019 ella lo denunció ante la fiscalía capitalina por violencia intrafamiliar, sin embargo, la denuncia no fue ratificada debido a que ella decidió darle una segunda oportunidad.
Su hermana gemela y otros vecinos en la alcaldía Gustavo A Madero aseguran que los pleitos entre la pareja eran constantes y violentos.
Tras el abandono de su madre, su papá se hizo cargo de ella y de sus hermanas, su padre falleció hace algunos años.
Su pareja, Erick Francisco era más de 20 años mayor que ella, él tenía 46 años y es de profesión ingeniero.
El ataque contra Ingrid habría sido presenciado por el hijo del agresor, quien entonces tenía 15 años y padece autismo, Francisco “N” habría llamado a su exesposa para que fuera a recogerlo, le confesó que había matado a la joven.
Fue la madre del menor quien llamó a la policía para que acudiera al domicilio.
