La Presidente de Atizapán de Zaragoza Ruth Olvera Nieto firmó el Convenio de Sueldos, Prestaciones, Colaterales y de Ley para 2019, con el Sindicato Único de Trabajadores de los Poderes, Municipios e Instituciones Descentralizadas del Estado de México (SUTEyM).
El director de Administración Macario Ovando Montoya consideró como relevante alcanzar satisfactoriamente el consenso para la firma del documento, dentro de las posibilidades financieras determinadas legalmente, en favor del personal sindicalizado y sus familias.
“Esta es la primera negociación salarial a cargo de la administración 2019-2021, por lo que es muy importante transmitir a la representación sindical, la determinación por mejorar las condiciones de trabajo de los servidores públicos que permitan cumplir los compromisos del gobierno municipal para atender las demandas de la ciudadanía”.
Por su parte, el Secretario General Estatal del SUTEyM, Herminio Cahué Calderón, expresó su emoción por la firma del convenio que “representa una gran muestra del compromiso que tiene el actual gobierno municipal por su personal.
“Y nosotros debemos responder con ganas, con amor, con pasión, porque es importante. La cara y las manos de la administración somos los servidores públicos que tenemos el contacto directo con la ciudadanía.
“Maestra Ruth Olvera, Atizapán no me preocupa porque sé de su entereza y además nos conoce a los y las suteymistas desde hace muchos años y siempre nos ha dado muestras de fortalecimiento y reconocimiento”, destacó el líder sindical.
La signa del documento contempla un aumento del 7.7% en los salarios de los que menos ganan, es decir 70 por ciento de los más de mil servidores públicos suteymistas que laboran en el ayuntamiento; el porcentaje restante tendrá un incremento de manera escalonada.
Respecto las prestaciones las colaterales, algunas tuvieron una alza del 14% y las menos de 7%, entre otros beneficios.
El acto se realizó en Sala de Cabildos ante la presencia del síndico Isaac Sánchez; el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Francisco Espinosa de los Monteros; Fernando Iglesias, Tesorero; los directores de SAPASA, Alexander Estrada, y DIF, Linda Arciniega; el Secretario General Seccional del SUTEyM Atizapán de Zaragoza, Juan Callejas, y funcionarios y trabajadores del sindicato.
