El gobierno municipal de Atizapán de Zaragoza y la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (FES Acatlán), celebraron la firma de Convenio de Colaboración con el objetivo de profesionalizar y capacitar a funcionarios municipales en materia social y urbanistica.
En su mensaje, la presidensta municipal Ana María Balderas Trejo, destacó que mediante la firma de este convenio se brindará a los ciudadanos una mayor certeza y seguridad patrimonial, pues si bien, aunque Atizapán es reconocido como punta de lanza en enfrentar la reducción de riesgos en zonas minadas, con el apoyo de la UNAM se sustenta el interés de ofrecer más y mejores servicios a la población.
“Desde 1997 somos pioneros en aplicar una técnica avalada y sustentada por diversos estudios y expertos en la materia para enfrentar y dar solución a la problemática de zonas minadas; sin embargo, continuando con labores de perfeccionamiento, reconocemos la necesaria intervención de investigadores que nos permitan asesorar y adquirir nuevas tecnologías sustentadas en procedimientos avalados y reconocidos por la académia”.
Por su parte, el Dr. Manuel Martínez Justo, Director General de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán, detalló que entre las primeras acciones que realizará la máxima casa de estudios con el ayuntamiento de Atizapán, será la capacitación a servidores públicos, incrementar el servicio social de los universitarios y dar atención a una serie de problemáticas en temas sociales y urbanisticos.
“Nos enfocaremos en una capacitación de orden administrativo y jurídico para profesionalizar a los servidores públicos, sin soslayar la atención a la ciudadanía para ser más eficientes en los planes y programas que se implementarán en el municipio. Hoy estamos trabajando de la mano con Atizapán en diferentes temas sociales, apoyados con expertos que garanticen una solución paulatina en benefico de los ciudadanos”, finalizó.
