La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJE) actualizó la ficha de búsqueda de Salú Francisco Hernández Tenorio, conocido como “El Ponchis”, quien se evadió recientemente de la justicia. Considerado uno de los líderes del grupo delictivo “Los Salazar”, su zona de influencia se extiende por el desierto sonorense.
Como parte de las medidas para propiciar su recaptura, la autoridad estatal ofreció una recompensa de un millón de pesos por información que conduzca al paradero de “El Ponchis”. Esta cantidad duplica los 500 mil pesos que se ofrecían antes de su detención, ocurrida el pasado 25 de marzo en Hermosillo.
Hernández Tenorio enfrenta varias órdenes de reaprehensión. Entre los delitos que se le imputan se encuentran homicidio calificado con premeditación, alevosía y ventaja, así como falsificación de documentos, falsedad en declaraciones, asociación delictuosa y posesión de metanfetaminas con fines de comercialización.
La evasión movilizó a corporaciones de seguridad de los tres órdenes de gobierno. La Mesa Estatal de Seguridad activó un operativo en puntos estratégicos del estado, con despliegue de recursos humanos y tecnológicos, en busca de pistas que permitan la localización de “El Ponchis” .
En paralelo, la FGJE reportó la ejecución de cuatro órdenes de aprehensión contra personas presuntamente involucradas en la fuga. Se les acusa de delitos como evasión de presos agravada, abuso de autoridad, asociación delictuosa e incumplimiento de deber legal.
De acuerdo con información oficial, agencias estadounidenses como el Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas (HSI, por sus siglas en inglés) y la Oficina de Aduanas y Protección Fronteriza (CBP) identificaron a “El Ponchis” como uno de los diez objetivos prioritarios, debido a su vinculación con actividades de tráfico de drogas, trata de personas y homicidios en la región fronteriza.
El gobierno estatal informó que continuará actualizando la información sobre el caso conforme avancen los procesos legales y las etapas de investigación.
