El ahora sentenciado, en complicidad con otros sujetos, privaron de la libertad al operador de un vehículo de carga, con la finalidad de hurtarle cargamento que transportaba, consistente en juguetes valuados en más de 3 millones y medio de pesos.

Alejandro Rodríguez Cisneros fue sentenciado a 50 años de prisión, una vez que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su responsabilidad en el delito de secuestro exprés con fines de robo, ya que hurtó un vehículo con mercancía consistente en juguetes.

La Autoridad Judicial revisó las pruebas recabadas, aportadas y expuestas por el Ministerio Público, por lo que dictó esta sentencia de condena contra el acusado, además le fijó multa de 434 mil 280 pesos, en tanto que suspendió sus derechos civiles y políticos.

El 10 de junio de 2024, el ahora sentenciado y otros sujetos interceptaron en la autopista México-Querétaro, colonia San Isidro, en el municipio de Cuautitlán Izcalli, al operador de un vehículo de carga, marca Volvo, donde eran transportados juguetes de la moral Mattel, mercancía valuada en 3 millones 504 mil 548 pesos, así como a otro masculino que brindaba custodia a dicha unidad, a bordo de un automóvil compacto.

El ahora sentenciado y sus cómplices amagaron con armas de fuego a ambas víctimas, los privaron de la libertad y hurtaron el vehículo de carga con la mercancía, para huir del lugar.

Posteriormente mediante acción operativa de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Cuautitlán Izcalli, fue posible la detención de Alejandro Rodríguez Cisneros, así como la recuperación de la unidad y mercancía hurtada.

El implicado fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició la investigación correspondiente y posteriormente fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, a disposición de un Juez, quien tras proceso legal, le dictó esta condena.
