• El feminicidio ocurrió el pasado 18 de agosto en un inmueble ubicado en la colonia CTM Teyahualco, en el municipio de Tultepec.
Inicia proceso legal contra Carlos Augusto “N”, investigado por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de su pareja sentimental, a quien habría privado de la vida el pasado 18 de agosto en este municipio.
El ilícito por el cual es investigado se registró el pasado 18 de agosto, en el área de azotea de un edificio ubicado en la colonia CTM Teyahualco, en el municipio de Tultepec, donde la víctima, una joven de 24 años, se encontraba con el ahora detenido, quienes en algún momento habrían iniciado una discusión.
De acuerdo con los hechos, Carlos Augusto “N”, habría agredido físicamente a la joven y luego la estranguló, para finalmente huir. Un día después, el 19 de agosto fue realizado el hallazgo del cuerpo, por ello esta Institución inició una indagatoria por los hechos, además fueron llevados a cabo actos de investigación de gabinete y campo.
Con la información recabada, el Ministerio Público solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión en contra del probable implicado; mandamiento judicial que fue otorgado y cumplimentado.
Tras ser aprehendido en esta región de la entidad, el probable implicado fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, a disposición de un Juez, quien determinó vincularlo a proceso, con plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
