La Fiscalía del Estado de Jalisco abrió dos nuevas carpetas de investigación en contra del grupo musical Los Alegres del Barranco, luego de que se difundieran en redes sociales videos de conciertos recientes en los municipios de Cihuatlán y Tequila, donde el conjunto presuntamente proyectó letras e imágenes relacionadas con el crimen organizado.
En ambos eventos, celebrados el 3 y 4 de mayo, la agrupación habría utilizado pantallas gigantes para exhibir letras de narcocorridos que hacían referencia a figuras identificadas como líderes de cárteles, lo que podría constituir el delito de apología del delito, de acuerdo con las autoridades estatales.

El segundo evento ocurrió el domingo 4 de mayo en el Lienzo Charro Mario Orendain, en el municipio de Tequila.
De acuerdo con la información recabada, en ese espectáculo también se habría replicado la misma dinámica de proyectar contenido asociado al narcotráfico.
“De igual manera se presentaron en el Lienzo Charro Mario Orendain ayer, domingo 4 de mayo, en el municipio de Tequila, donde habrían incurrido en hechos similares, que se presumen como apología del delito”, añadió la dependencia.
En redes sociales circularon imágenes que muestran a los asistentes participando en una especie de karaoke colectivo, mientras leían en pantalla las letras de los corridos.
En una de las presentaciones se habrían mostrado incluso imágenes de Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias El Mencho, líder del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG).
Como parte del proceso, la Fiscalía citó a comparecer a los integrantes de la agrupación este 6 de mayo ante el Juzgado 16 de Puente Grande, donde se definirá si los actos denunciados constituyen una violación al Código Penal estatal.
