Asaltante privo de la vida a un Capitan de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), que lo enfrento en un asalto a transporte público en una unidad los camiones también conocidos como hormigas que presuntamente salió de Atizapán, esto sobre periférico en el perímetro de Naucalpan.
El crimen tuvo lugar la mañana de este lunes, luego de que un sujeto subiera al autobús con derrotero Metro Cuatro Caminos a Valle Dorado y Tlalnepantla, a la altura de la avenida Primero de Mayo, comenzando a amenazar a los usuarios de transporte público con un arma de fuego.
Los pasajeros señalaron que el Capitán Segundo de Infantería, enfrentó al delincuente intentando desarmarlo, pero al no poder someterlo el sujeto le disparo en dos ocasiones y enseguida bajó del autobús para huir con rumbo desconocido.
el autobús quedo parado a la altura de la colonia Santa María Nativitas, entre el palacio municipal y Echegaray, hasta donde llegaron peritos de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) para realizar el levantamiento del cuerpo e inició la carpeta de investigación correspondiente.
El periférico en el perímetro de Naucalpan, se ha convertido en el lugar en donde hay mayor incidencia de asalto a pasajeros, pero además en donde más víctimas de asalto enfrentan a delincuentes para defender sus pertenencias, algunos presuntos ladrones han caído, pero en está ocasión la víctima fue un “justiciero”.
