Un juez federal dictó auto de libertad para 30 estudiantes normalistas de Michoacán detenidos el pasado 7 de diciembre en posesión de dos autobuses retenidos y 25 granadas de fragmentación, elaboradas en forma casera.
El fallo fue informado por fuentes del Gobierno del Estado y de la Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación (CNTE), quienes anunciaron que los jóvenes dejarán la prisión en las próximas horas.
“Ya libres los 30 jóvenes estudiantes normalistas michoacanos”, anunció Eugenio Rodríguez, secretario técnico de la Sección 18 de la CNTE, a través de sus cuentas en redes sociales.
El líder magisterial convocó a maestros y estudiantes para congregarse en el centro de Morelia para esperar a los normalistas exonerados.
Alejandro Montiel, subsecretario de Readaptación Social del Estado, comentó que esta tarde le fue notificado el fallo para tramitar las boletas de libertad de los aún prisioneros.
Con esto, se repite la historia que Michoacán ha vivido en los últimos tiempos ante los hechos delictivos protagonizados por estudiantes.
Durante la Administración del perredista Leonel Godoy (2008-2012) y después en la del priista Fausto Vallejo (2012-2015), también se detuvo a grupos de normalistas por escenificar secuestro de autobuses y vehículos repartidores, así como hurtar mercancías y quemar unidades.
Sin embargo, ante la presión del magisterio y del movimiento estudiantil, los jueces también decretaron la libertad de los indiciados por insuficiencia de pruebas.
El pasado 7 de diciembre, la Administración del Gobernador perredista Silvano Aureoles detuvo a un total de 52 normalistas, 30 hombres y 22 mujeres, cuando participaban en un bloqueo sobre la Autopista Siglo 21 para exigir la entrega de plazas automáticas.
A los detenidos se les fincaron cargos contra la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos, así como por privación ilegal de la libertad y robo.
Sin embargo, un juez ordenó casi enseguida la liberación de las 22 mujeres y hoy otro juzgado decretó la misma medida para los varones, quienes estaban recluidos en el penal federal de Hermosillo, Sonora, y por gestiones del Gobierno estatal fueron traídos el 7 de enero a una prisión cercana a Morelia.
Jueces locales también exoneraron ya a los detenidos por el delito de privación de la libertad y robo, argumentando falta de pruebas. En ningún caso el Gobierno estatal apeló.
“En estas cosas hay que privilegiar el Estado de derecho y la acción política es un componente muy importante de esta situación”, justificó el Secretario General de Gobierno, Adrián López, el pasado 14 de enero.
A las 20:00 horas, los 30 normalistas abandonaron la prisión estatal de Mil Cumbres, ubicada sobre la carretera Morelia-Charo.
De ahí serían conducidos por sus familiares y representantes de la CNTE al centro de Morelia, donde sus compañeros instalaron un campamento desde el 9 de diciembre para exigir su liberación.
